A night out with fellow Parkinson's sufferers and Neuro Heroes (brilliant physios, specialists in fitness for those with Parkinson's and other neurological diseases) to see the Movers and Shakers live at Middle Temple recording the next episode of their excellent podcast, which has done so much for the awareness of Parkinson's.
Unfortunately the sound was dreadful, so a youngish bald chap decided to make a few points:
Turned out alright though. But I don't suppose I'll do that again.

Brilliant to see you sharing what has worked for you and encouraging others to follow through on exercise. Thanks for sharing!
Well said that youngish bald man! Good on you for standing up to acknowledge and advocate for an approach that has served you so well. Apart from being important for them to hear and feel your passionate support (and real world reluctance to sometimes do the exercise!) it seems you struck a chord with the rest of the audience too. I hope you (and they) find a way to harness your public speaking/presentation skills to further the understanding of Parkinson’s and the role of exercise. Rob.
