A recent article from Drugwatch on the link between paraquat and Parkinson's, probably of more interest to people with Parkinson's in the US, however it does beg the question of how much additives, fertilisers, chemicals, sewage dumped into rivers, fumes from vehicles etc might mess with our ability to produce dopamine.
